Returns:

Returns are not accepted, and all sales are final.   Please review the photos and videos and ask any questions before purchase. I am happy to send additional photos and videos if requested. Please confirm size and dimensions before purchasing 

In the rare occurrence where a refund exception is made, the refund will be less the cost of shipping and processing fees that were associated with the item

 

Shipping:

Currently we are only shipping  domestic within the United States. Shipping processing times are 3-7 days. 

We also do not ship to USA based freight forwarding companies due to high levels of fraud. Shopify marks these transactions as high risk, and no exceptions will be unfortunately.

Insurance and signature confirmation will be added to all shipments, in the rare event of any loss or damage.  Please contact us to report if a package is delayed or did not arrive. However if an item is marked as “delivered”, it is no longer our responsibility. It will be the responsibility of the buyer to check with the delivery agent and request GPS locations of the delivery scan

Sizing:

We do not currently offer sizing or resizing of pieces. 

 

What’s included:

Only the item in the listing is included in the purchase price. Any boxes or props are not included, unless the listing states that the boxing is included.
